The Role We are looking for an organised administrator to provide a range of duties vital to the efficient operations of our service. This is an exciting permanent part time opportunity working 20 hours per week. In particular, you will be managing enrolments, family account's and the centre’s waiting list using the software XAP , responding to email and phone queries’ and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families!
